Frankfurt, 26.11.2024 – FINNOFLEET GmbH, an innovative fintech company based in Mörfelden-Walldorf, has acquired TXS GmbH. The acquisition is part of the company's strategy to set standards in the digitalisation of financial processes.
A team led by lead partner Markus Herz provided FINNOFLEET with comprehensive legal advice on the transaction. The parties have agreed not to disclose further details of the transaction.
FINNOFLEET offers modern, partly AI-based software solutions for the financial services sector and supports the digitalisation and automation of business processes in this area. The company has customers in the DACH region and Liechtenstein.
