Frankfurt/Main, 12.12.2024 – CMS has provided comprehensive legal and tax advice to the Australian InDebted Holdings Pty Ltd on the acquisition of the German Receeve GmbH. With such acquisition, InDebted is enhancing its competitiveness in the debt collection platform market.
A CMS team led by lead partner Markus Herz advised on the acquisition.
