Frankfurt/Main – F24 AG has acquired Swiss company Business-DNA Solutions GmbH, a provider of advanced solutions for governance, risk and compliance in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. F24 describes itself as Europe’s leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider for incident and crisis management, emergency notification and business messaging. The acquisition sees F24 expanding its product portfolio by adding new capabilities in the areas of risk and business continuity management.
An international CMS team headed by lead partner Dr Hendrik Hirsch advised F24 on all legal aspects of the transaction.
