Frankfurt/Main – The WSH Wurzinger Group, founded in 1980 and a provider of technical building equipment with a focus on refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation technology, was acquired by the Kälte Eckert Group, a portfolio company of the European financial investor Triton, as part of a succession solution. The acquisition enables the Kälte Eckert Group to further expand its service portfolio. The parties involved have agreed not to disclose details of the transaction.
