CMS advises Turn/River Capital on €315m strategic investment in Redwood Software

International law firm CMS has advised growth equity firm Turn/River Capital on its €315 million strategic investment in Redwood Software, a leading provider of cloud-based business and IT process automation solutions.

Founded in 1993, Netherlands-based Redwood serves thousands of global enterprise customers and has a long history of providing its clients with powerful automation tools. Turn/River’s investment will enable Redwood to accelerate new feature development for its industry-leading IT and business process automation platform, deepening its leadership in evolving automation tools for the modern workplace.
