Leipzig – TWINNER GmbH, a leading specialist in car scanner technology, has acquired Hungarian hardware manufacturer SHI Scalable. The acquisition enables TWINNER to expand its portfolio and produce vehicle scanners in-house. The company also announced expansion into further EU countries, Japan and the US market and is set to continue its international growth strategy. Details of the transaction were not disclosed.
An international CMS team headed by Dr Jörg Lips and Dr Helge Rieckhoff advised TWINNER on all legal aspects of the acquisition. TWINNER has also previously relied on advice from the CMS team led by Dr Jörg Lips and Dr Helge Rieckhoff, including with regard to a recent Series B financing round.
