Anja Hasselmann-Thiede has extensive experience in financing transactions, advising companies, investors and credit institutions primarily on national and multinational financings, in particular acquisition and corporate financings as well as real estate financings.

Anja joined CMS in Hamburg in 2001, working within the firm’s banking and finance practice, and was made counsel in 2009. She is admitted to the bar in Germany and as Attorney at Law in New York.
