Annika Vanessa Kemna advises German and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law.
She focuses on the preparation and implementation of reorganisations, on negotiations with works councils on works agreements as well as reconciliation of interests and social compensation plans, on employment due diligence issues on transactions as well as establishing and terminating employment relationships.
Annika also represents companies in employment tribunals, in particular in the context of dismissals and disputes with works councils. She joined CMS in 2016 and has been a counsel since 2021.
