Felicitas Matthei’s practice concentrates on acquisition and corporate finance as well as real estate and asset finance, advising German and international clients on developing financing structures as well as on drafting and negotiating the financing and security documentation. Felicitas’ clients include banks, sponsors and borrowers.
Felicitas joined CMS in 2021, after having been working for the firm as a research assistant since 2017 as well as during her legal training. In 2026, she received the Counsel appointment.
