Georg Lauster advises German and international private equity funds and strategic investors on M&A transactions, acting on the buyers' as well as sellers' side. He also advises companies on establishing and dissolving joint ventures. Alongside his M&A know-how, Georg has special health care sector expertise, with a focus on advising on M&A transactions related to all legal aspects of outpatient and inpatient care services as well as health care centres.

Georg joined CMS in 2011 and was made principal counsel in 2022.
