Isabelle Holly supports SMEs and groups with tax planning, tax audits, restructuring and with all matters relating to national and international corporate tax law. She has specialist knowledge in the field of tax compliance and also covers aspects of criminal law in relation to tax offences. She also specialises in corporate succession and estate planning for family businesses, shareholder families and high-net-worth individuals.

Isabelle Holly joined CMS in 2013. She has been Principal Counsel since 2025.
