Lars Howe specialises in advising medium-sized and large listed companies on all legal aspects of the digitalisation, such as contract negotiations for IT and software projects, contract drafting as well as advising on projects in difficulties. He also advises companies on the legally compliant implementation of their data-driven business models, in particular with respect to data protection law and the Data Act, as well as on the development and use of AI. Lars furthermore specialises in sports law and the legal aspects of gaming and e-sports. He also represents his clients in court.

Lars Howe joined CMS in 2024, having previously worked at another commercial law firm since 2022.
