Lisa Hondl advises national and international companies, often from the technology sector, on all issues of European data protection law. She particularly provides support in the planning and implementation of comprehensive data protection compliance projects in international corporate structures. Another focus of her work is advising on all legal issues related to digital transformation and e-commerce. Having worked abroad for several years, she also has in-depth knowledge of Latin American, in particular Chilean data protection and IT law.
Lisa started her career with a major law firm in Munich in 2017, including secondments at two large media and technology companies, before joining CMS in 2018. In 2019, she relocated to Santiago de Chile, working with the data protection and IT law practice of a major international law firm, before rejoining CMS in 2023.
