Matthias Unger advises on German and cross-border M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions as well as joint ventures and corporate restructurings. His clients include strategic and financial investors as well as growth-oriented and medium-sized companies including their management teams. His practice also focusses on providing ongoing corporate law advice, especially to limited liability companies and partnerships.
