Due diligence expert Shae Lynn concentrates on the employment aspects of German and international M&A transactions, acting for buyers as well as sellers. This covers inter alia the employment law issues of the risk analysis and evaluation (e.g., works constitution, employee leasing, “bogus” self-employment) and review of managing directors service agreements.
