CMS advises Brückner Group on the acquisition of Hennecke Group

Munich – Brückner Group SE has acquired all shares in the globally operating Hennecke Group. The seller is a fund advised by the Swiss company Capvis AG. With the acquisition of Hennecke, the Brückner Group is continuing its strategic growth course and expanding its global portfolio with key technologies for machines, plants and systems for processing polyurethane (PUR). The integration of Hennecke complements Brückner's existing range of services and opens up access to new markets worldwide.

A CMS team jointly led by Richard Mitterhuber and Anna-Lena Lill provided Brückner with legal advice on all aspects of the transaction. Brückner is a long-standing CMS client. The advice provided covered the acquisition, including cross-border due diligence in Germany, Italy, China and the USA. The seller was advised by the German commercial law firm Hengeler Mueller.
