Sören Seidel specialises in providing employment law advice on complex restructurings, strategic acquisitions and outsourcings. With many years of consultancy work, he has extensive experience in negotiations with works councils and trade unions and has advised a large number of companies on their operational change processes, including in the context of the digital transformation. Sören has particular expertise in HR compliance matters and frequently advises on the preparation and conduct of internal investigations. His national and international clients particularly appreciate his reliable, solution-oriented and pragmatic advice as well as his excellent and versatile industry knowledge.

Sören has been a partner at CMS since 2021. He previously worked for Allen & Overy for more than 10 years.
