Operating within the CMS Smart Solutions unit, Stefanie Schramm heads the Legal Tech division’s Intelligent Data Rooms & AI department. She has wide-randing expertise and
long-standing experience in using AI for providing legal advisory services, both with respect to machine learning and the document review based on recognition patterns.
Stefanie specialises in the development and management of flexible legal tech collaboration platforms, e.g., for corporate housekeeping projects, asset portfolios, preparing general meetings, restructurings, transactions and whistleblowing systems.
Other areas of expertise are the automation of legal documents and the development of
no-code and low-code solutions, such as a compliance management system that enables cross-departmental risk assessment within a company. She also screens legal tech solutions that are on the market for internal and external use.
Stefanie joined CMS in 2017, after having worked for different companies in brand and licence management.
