Düsseldorf – SEGRO European Logistics Partnership ("SELP") has acquired six Tritax Eurobox assets worth 470 million euros. The portfolio comprises 370,000 square metres of fully-let, modern logistics space. The properties are located in logistics centres in Breda and Roosendaal (Netherlands), in the Frankfurt corridor and in the Rhine-Ruhr region in Germany. The transaction is subject to competition clearance by the European Union.
A CMS team led by lead partner Philipp Schönnenbeck and counsel Anna-Lena Löcherbach advised SELP on the legal and tax aspects of the transaction for the properties located in Germany.
