CMS advises Everfield on acquisition of TESSERO GmbH
Frankfurt/Main, 19.12.2024 – Everfield Germany GmbH has acquired helloTESS!, one of the leading providers of point-of-sale systems in Germany, by acquiring all shares in TESSERO GmbH.
A CMS team led by partners Dr. Jessica Mohaupt-Schneider and Dr Florian Plagemann provided comprehensive legal advice to Everfield. CMS regularly assists Everfield, most recently in the acquisition of ParkHere GmbH. In all transactions modern legal tech tools that use artificial intelligence were used, which significantly increased the efficiency and speed of implementation – supported by the cross-departmental CMS in-house special unit Smart Operations.
TESSERO GmbH specializes in digital transformation, IT consulting and customized software solutions for the event and hospitality industry. With its iPad-based software helloTESS!, the company offers a comprehensive all-in-one solution for optimizing operations and increasing customer loyalty.
