Tobias Fusten

With more than 20 years of experience, Tobias A. Fusten provides restructuring advice and comprehensive crisis management support to companies in German-speaking countries and the Benelux countries. Working together with management, he develops viable turnaround and restructuring concepts for businesses in a range of sectors.

Tobias also regularly leads the operational implementation of turnaround and restructuring plans, either as an interim manager or in the (executive) function of a CRO. While being closely involved in corporate strategy and operations, he has helped numerous companies in successfully realigning their business and increasing earnings.

Tobias joined CMS in 2022. He can look back on more than 20 years of professional experience in a wide range of restructuring projects, enhancing companies’ value. He joined the firm from an established restructuring advisory where he was responsible for the Performance Improvement and Restructuring division. Prior to that, he headed the restructuring division of a large German auditing firm.
