More specifically, she is particularly experienced with service agreements for executive management members and handles Statusfeststellungsverfahren, a procedure that determines the status of German workers as either dependent (employee) or independent (self-employed contractors such as consultants) for social insurance purposes. She also regularly advises on labor leasing and secondments.
