Having senior colleagues share their experience and be role models is imperative for progressing the Diversity & Inclusion agenda, but we equally think that everybody has a story to tell, can be a role model and influence the firm’s culture in a positive way.
Our on-going campaign ‘I’m In!’ features CMS colleagues who share their story with us so we learn about their personal journey and their experience of CMS. It is a great opportunity to meet some of our colleagues across CMS, learn about our differences and what brings us together.
