The high quality and varied work on offer here was the main reason, as I know it will help me experience different areas and find my niche. But the people were also a key reason. Speaking to associates during my interviews really gave me insights into how the team operates.

What has been the highlight of your career at CMS so far?
I’d say it’s the people. Everyone has made me feel so welcome and they’ve been so supportive — even those I haven’t met in person yet. I’ve attended a variety of online socials organised by CMS which has really helped to make me feel part of the team.
How has CMS helped with your career development?
I’ve received all kinds of training covering a wide range of topics. I’ve also been paired with a mentor who I can ask questions confidentially and discuss my progress.
