Procurement Reform: Challenges and Opportunities

How can procurement reforms and practices drive better procurement processes?

Join us for our 10th Annual Conference on public procurement. With the new UK regime coming into force on 24 February 2025, we’ll explore its potential impact on public sector procurement, whilst drawing lessons from procurement practices across Europe and beyond.

Highlights:

  • Expert speakers from key industries, policymakers, and leading practitioners, including from the Cabinet, Office (UK Govt.), Joseph Barrett KC, McKinsey, Smart DCC, EBRD, Turner & Townsend and KPMG.
  • Discussions on how UK and European procurement reforms can drive better, fairer, and more efficient practices.
  • Examination of impacts on infrastructure, technology adoption, transportation, and healthcare.
  • International contributions from CMS colleagues from Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Hungary and the Netherlands, offering comparative views on procurement practices.
