Please join us for an insightful and practical business-focused session where we will explore trends and experiences in public procurement law across various jurisdictions in Europe and beyond. This is a unique opportunity to share and learn from diverse experiences, fostering innovation and digitalisation in public procurement.

Panel discussions:

The conference will be structured as six focused and interactive panel discussions covering the following subjects:

  1. Bid rigging risks and recent case law of public procurement cartels
  2. Legal and practical perspectives on exclusion risks in public procurement: Who gets left out?
  3. Procurement practices in the era of AI and digitalisation
  4. Shaping tomorrow’s procurement: Insights from across Europe: Directive 2014/24/EU reimagined
  5. Fostering innovation in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sector procurements - best practices and challenges
  6. Procuring large infrastructure projects: opportunities and challenges

The panels will feature a diverse mix of CMS lawyers offering comparative views on procurement practices, alongside guest speakers from organisations such as AstraZeneca, Roche, PORR Group, the OECD, and many others who will share their experiences.

We are also excited to announce that Tünde Tátrai, renowned economist, lawyer, and Professor of Economics at Corvinus University of Budapest and Kenza Khachani, economist and policy analyst at OECD, will open the conference as our keynote speakers.

The conference will conclude with a cocktail reception, at which you will have the opportunity to network with our experts, guest speakers, and colleagues.

The event will be held in English and is free of charge. For those interested in the topics but unable to attend in person, remote participation will be available.
