CMS Scotland is delighted to be launching its Scottish Corporate Investigations Group (SCIG), a dedicated investigations offering that can support organisations by bringing together our existing multi-disciplinary investigations expertise and complementing our UK and global capability. To mark the occasion we are hosting an event, Anatomy of an Investigation, which is designed to walk you through key aspects of a credible and defensible investigation, providing you with clarity and insights from some of our multi-disciplinary experts.
What to expect
CMS experts will provide valuable insights into:
- Setting up for Success – core investigation principles and good practice
- Tech/AI and document management in Investigations – how to efficiently interrogate documents and data, and the tools CMS can deploy to securely support this
- Interactions with Law Enforcement and Regulators – what that interaction might look like, some “do’s and don’ts”, and pointers for how to handle it We will also host a panel event hearing real world feedback from organisations with first-hand experience of going through investigations.
