Following on from our spring Future of Renewables event in April, we are hosting our Energy in Transition Seminar in Aberdeen on 10 November.

As the energy sector continues to evolve at pace, this session will bring together industry experts to discuss some of the key developments and opportunities shaping the energy landscape across Scotland and the wider UK.

We will explore a range of current hot topics affecting renewable and integrated energy projects, including:

  • the latest developments and trends in planning and consenting;
  • evolving market dynamics and key considerations for power purchase agreements (PPAs);
  • the growing role of heat networks in the UK's energy transition;
  • energy integration, system resilience and the challenges of delivering a secure, affordable and low-carbon energy system;
  • energy investment; and
  • the opportunities and emerging developments in geothermal energy.

As always, the session will provide practical insights, market perspectives and an opportunity to discuss the challenges and opportunities facing the energy sector.

There will also be the opportunity to continue the conversation and network with fellow industry professionals following the presentations.
