CMS Hospitality Bitesize series: The changing face of rental models

Covid has accelerated the debate about variable rents across large parts of the property industry, like all other property sectors the Hotel industry is not immune from the lasting changes the pandemic is set to bring in terms of the flow of income between Owners and Operators.  We will be discussing the impact of Covid on rental models and the move away from some of the more traditional models towards landlords taking a more active role in sharing in their tenant’s ups as well as their downs.
