The session covers three practical topics you will often face when dealing with lease renewals under the 1954 Act:
- What is reasonable modernisation?
- Opposing renewal on redevelopment grounds
- Lease renewals: transaction tips
The training will be simple and straight to the point: no dull presentations – just timely tips, useful notes and practical advice.
