Skills For Future Facing Teams: Developing your leadership style

It is important for leaders and aspiring leaders to understand their preferred leadership style - and also recognise when they may need to flex it to achieve superior results. The session will include how to identify leadership styles and personal preferences; it will also explore the impact of the different styles and in what circumstance to use which style. We’ll also explore  how effective leadership impacts team culture and how leaders can seek to create a high performing team.

This session aims to help you:

• gain insight into how leadership style impacts individual motivation and organisational performance
• learn which leadership styles are most effective in different circumstances
• develop your self-awareness about your preferred leadership style(s)
