The changing face of antitrust enforcement in the UK
Data Driven Disputes
Event details
Programme
10 Nov 2026
10th November 2026 will see the launch of CMS's third data-driven report on the UK competition law enforcement landscape. This year's report introduces a major new focus: the development of competition litigation and class actions and how these sit alongside regulatory enforcement. Drawing on an analysis of Competition Appeal Tribunal claims filed since 2015, this 3rd edition offers an in-depth picture of the growth of competition litigation, the sectors most affected, and key trends shaping private enforcement.
Alongside this new analysis, the report continues to provide its detailed examination of trends in regulatory enforcement activity across the CMA and the concurrent regulators – updating and building on the insights from previous years to give you a comprehensive view of UK regulators' competition law enforcement and associated CAT appeals.
To be the first to hear the impact of this extensive research and analysis, please join us to hear from the authors, from regulators and senior in-house lawyers, who will discuss the policies, practicalities and implications of these trends in antitrust enforcement.
