Join CMS Scotland’s inaugural equIP Collective panel session on one of the defining challenges for start-ups: founder resilience. This will feature Refilwe Digoamaje, Founder of Ulimi Larona; Trish McClay of Barclays Eagle Labs; Claire Partridge of Scottish Enterprise; and CMS legal experts Alastair McNaughton and Sam Holmes.

Moderated by Gideon Green, the panel will share practical, real-world perspectives on:

  • Protecting innovation and managing IP risk
  • Navigating fundraising challenges
  • Avoiding common founder pitfalls
  • Building resilience in fast-moving, uncertain environments

Following the panel discussion and audience Q&A, attendees are invited to join us for networking with members of Scotland's innovation community.

Whether you are launching or scaling, you'll leave with valuable insights, practical takeaways and a stronger network.

The CMS Scotland equIP Collective is a series of events designed to connect founders, investors, business leaders and advisers across Scotland's innovation ecosystem.

Through expert insights, thought leadership, practical discussion and networking opportunities, the equIP Collective helps businesses build valuable relationships, tackle challenges and unlock opportunities for growth.
