CMS #hacks

We want everyone at CMS to be inspired to have great ideas and get excited about the difference they can potentially make. CMS #hacks is our ideas sharing platform that we can use internally and with clients to open the door to innovation, reaching multiple groups and regions, inviting ideas for new products, solving problems and improving services. We have a successful track record of adopting the ones that make most sense for our company and our clients.

Our challenges centre around people, practice and clients and some of the popular ideas shared include improving remote working, new legal products and services for clients, reducing our carbon footprint, finding a legal app that addresses the pain points of working on a matter, and saving time on repetitive tasks. Anyone can get involved assessing the feasibility, usability and business value of an idea and we ask the authors to get involved putting it into action. For our fee earners we also give Innovation Hours so they can count hours spent working on their idea towards their billed hours target.

We believe people have numerous ideas every day - CMS #hacks provides the place where inspired individuals and teams can bring their smart ways of thinking to life.
