High Tech Disputes success

The firm successfully defended Sports Information Services Limited (SIS) in a complex case involving an unusual application of the law of copyright and database rights to horse racing and, more generally, to the collection and distribution of data. The team deployed our Legal Services Unit and CMS Evidence, receiving awards and praise for its innovative use of high tech in this case.
