The UK Government held a public consultation on the proposed new Trade Secrets Regulations, which was commenced in February. On 15 May the Government published its response. This indicated that “In response to the submissions received, the Government has made a number of changes to the draft regulations which accompanied the consultation. The final version of the regulations will be made public when they are laid before Parliament”.
