It has been a year since our blog posted its first article. Constructive was designed to provide engaging, bite sized commentary on the ever-changing legal landscape within which our industry operates.
I am delighted with the positive response that Constructive has generated. Since its launch, Constructive has published over 50 articles. Articles have been viewed more than 34,000 times, with up to 750 visits per day. The blog has a readership spanning 20 countries and from across the sector.
What is more, Constructive’s remit has now been extended to include a focus on development, including commentary on topical issues and case law impacting on developers and the development world. We will also bring news from occupiers and planning authorities as to their requirements and agendas and considering how this will translate to the schemes to be planned and built.
