Deciphering dispute values in arbitration - A call for consistent reporting

In our first data-driven arbitration report, we saw arbitration caseloads spike due to recent geopolitical issues. But how did this impact dispute values? Did the total and average sum in dispute of cases filed with arbitral institutions follow the same trajectory?

Adopting a global perspective, CMS analysed the figures using data gathered from desk research and qualitative interviews, concluding with a call for more case value information from arbitral institutions.
