22 July 2019

International law firm CMS has advised Bank of Ireland (BoI) on its £29m funding for the acquisition of landmark office building, 110 St Vincent Street in Glasgow by Inmark Asset Management and its investors.

One of Glasgow’s most impressive buildings, the property (which is the longstanding Glasgow head office for Bank of Scotland Plc) occupies a prime position in the Central Business District and provides 100,000 sq ft of modern Grade A office space while retaining the original listed facade and iconic banking hall.

The CMS team was led by Real Estate Finance partners Andrew Besser (London) and Darren Craig (Edinburgh), with support from associates Jennifer Stewart, Kirsty Blance and partner Graham Chase (Tax).
