CMS expands Banking & Finance offering in Dubai with key partner appointment
CMS is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicholas Robinson as a partner in the firm’s Banking & Finance practice in Dubai. Nicholas joins from Norton Rose Fulbright, bringing with him a wealth of regional experience
Nicholas is recognised by the Legal 500 as a Next Generation Partner and is ranked in Chambers & Partners for Banking and Finance, having led on a number of market leading transactions in the region over recent years.
He advises leading international and regional banks as well as multi-national corporates on high-value and complex financings. His experience covers a wide range of products and sectors including general corporate lending, acquisition finance, secured domestic and cross-border financings and real estate and development finance, on both a conventional and Islamic finance basis.
