CMS strengthens financial crime offering with appointment of barrister Kitty St Aubyn

International law firm CMS is pleased to announce the appointment of barrister Kitty St Aubyn, formerly of 3 Raymond Buildings, as a Senior Associate. Kitty joins the firm’s Corporate Crime practice in London, and will work alongside Eoin O’Shea, CMS’s Head of the White Collar, and Omar Qureshi, CMS’s Head of Corporate Crime. 

Kitty specialises in advising clients on solutions to novel, complex issues, with particular expertise in financial crime, fraud, civil recovery and the proceeds of crime. She also regularly advises clients in relation to money-laundering matters and asset-forfeitures. Kitty has worked extensively in professional discipline proceedings, inquests, and public inquiries, and has considerable experience in resolving issues with government bodies and conducting fact-finding investigations.
