CMS’ Diversity & Inclusion Partner and Head of International Capital Markets, Daniel Winterfeldt, has been named in The Daily Telegraph’s ‘Out at Work’ as one of the top 50 LGBT Executives. The list celebrates those making a difference in the workplace, and is compiled according to criteria such as impact on business, helping policy or legislation on LGBT and inclusion, and social influence in the workplace.

Ranked at number 14, Daniel was commended for his work as founder and co-chair of the InterLaw Diversity Forum, as well as his leadership on the Apollo Project and Purple Reign (a photography exhibition celebrating LGBT and straight ally role models in their professional environment). The InterLaw Diversity Forum has grown to be the leading LGBT legal group in the UK, with over 1,500 members from over 70 law firms and 40 corporates and financial institutions. Daniel is ranked alongside other executives from organisations such as HSBC, IBM, KPMG, PwC and Thomson Reuters. He was also awarded an “Inspirational Leader” award for the legal sector.

Daniel comments: “It is an honour to be ranked on this prestigious list for the second year running. To be ranked alongside so many talented LGBT leaders is very humbling, and I look forward to continuing to champion diversity and inclusion in the workplace.”
