Abby has over 22 years’ experience and extensive expertise in the real estate sector and is based in Liverpool. In recent years she has specialised in retail-focused real estate work, advising investors and retailers on high-profile deals and managing a portfolio of 23 shopping centres, 23 retail parks and 660 community pubs.

Relevant experience

  • Acting for NewRiver REIT plc on the acquisition and management of over £1bn of property assets across the UK including numerous retail parks and shopping centres.
  • Negotiating a form of long lease for the acquisition of a portfolio of assets in retail parks across the UK from a major supermarket land owner.
  • Dealing with high profile development agreements with numerous Local Authorities for major city centre redevelopments.
  • Leading a team of lawyers acting for NewRiver REIT plc on daily asset management transactions covering 23 community shopping centres and 23 retail parks, and over 660 community pubs.
