  • XIX Entertainment on its interests in S Club 7 and Victoria Beckham’s Beauty and Fashion lines.
  • Providing corporate and structuring advice to Cutting Edge Group on its merger with Music Holdings funded by a US$500 million debt refinancing.
  • BBC Studios, on its acquisition of the ITV Group’s 50% interest in BritBox International, the leading British content TV streamer operating in nine countries.
  • Advising Zoe Limited on receipt of several investments and other corporate matters.
