Adam trained at a specialist technology firm qualifying in 2018 and has also practiced British Virgin Islands and the Cayman Islands law in the London office of a leading offshore firm.

  • The sellers of Autonomous (a launch, finance, and operations partner for digital asset projects) and Architech (a premier advisory firm specialising in fungible token launches and bespoke liquidity strategies) on the USD 57m acquisition of both business by GSR, a crypto capital markets partner.
  • The sellers of MacroFin Limited, a Netsuite solution provider, on its acquisition by Cooper Parry.
  • MetaGravity, a provider of virtual world and metaverse infrastructure, on its seed round led by Sino Global.
  • Amber Therapeutics, an Oxford University spinout developing a bioelectronic implant to treat incontinence, on its acquisition of BioInduction.
  • XIX Entertainment on its interests in S Club 7 and Victoria Beckham’s Beauty and Fashion lines.
  • Providing corporate and structuring advice to Cutting Edge Group on its merger with Music Holdings funded by a USD 500m debt refinancing.
  • BBC Studios, on its acquisition of the ITV Group’s 50% interest in BritBox International, the leading British content TV streamer operating in nine countries.
  • Zoe Limited on receipt of several investments and other corporate matters.
