Adelina is an associate in the London tax team and a member of the CMS Middle East Tax Desk, focusing mainly on mergers and acquisitions, warranty and indemnity insurance and disputes matters including procedural matters in relation to HMRC assessments and enquiries.
Adelina regularly advises both corporate and individual clients on a broad range of complex UK and cross-border tax matters (with a particular focus on the UAE, where she has advised a variety of clients on the implementation of the new UAE Corporate Tax Law and has also written various articles on this topic).
