Alex is a qualified European and UK patent attorney and is involved in the prosecution of patent applications and oppositions and appeals at the EPO. He has worked on a range of technologies including antibodies, siRNA, drug discovery platforms, medical devices and road surfaces. Alex has been named a ‘Key Lawyer’ in Legal 500 for the past three years.
Alex studied Natural Sciences at the University of Cambridge, specialising in genetics, with a minor focus on materials science. He also obtained an MSc in Cell and Gene Therapy from UCL, having worked on development of a new leukaemia treatment.
