Alex began his career as a junior associate at a Magic Circle firm in London before joining CMS Manchester as an associate in the Corporate and Leveraged Finance team within the CMS Finance Practice Group.
Alex specialises in general corporate finance, though has broad financing experience in acquisition and leveraged finance, debt capital markets, project finance, and securitisations.
