Alexandra is an associate in the Corporate Transactions team in London, advising on UK and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, investments and corporate reorganisations.

Alexandra previously worked for a Berlin-based AdTech startup, where she gained valuable insight into the challenges and priorities facing clients in the technology and media sectors, as well as in other jurisdictions. This experience was further developed during a secondment to CMS Hong Kong’s Tech & Media team, where she worked with clients across the APAC region.

Virtualstock, a UK digital supply chain platform, on its acquisition by Logicbroker, a US-based leader in intelligent digital commerce.
Loctax, a leading provider of collaborative tax, compliance, risk and governance solutions, on its acquisition by Tax Systems, a global tax and accounting software provider.
Instant Win Gaming, the leading supplier of online instant win games, on its sale of a 70% stake to multi-national lottery operator Allwyn.
