Anand is an Associate in the firm’s Construction team. He specialises in non‑contentious construction, engineering and infrastructure projects and has advised on various aspects of the procurement and development of infrastructure projects across a range of sectors for both private and public clients.
His experience in contracting (JCT, NEC and bespoke) has included mixed-use commercial and residential developments, refurbishments, solar and wind farms, hydro projects, methanol projects, water treatment projects, battery storage projects, rail, hospitals and data centres.
Prior to working at CMS, Anand worked at a top-tier law firm in Australia for the first three years of his career.
Anand has worked on projects in the following jurisdictions: United Kingdom, Australia, Papua New Guinea, Vietnam and the U.S.A.
