Andrea is a Senior Associate in CMS’ Real Estate team in Manchester, with over 6 years’ experience. She regularly advises clients on all types of real estate matters, including single and multi-asset investment acquisitions and disposals, commercial development and property finance, as well as leases (both landlord and tenant). Andrea also regularly works closely with other practice groups and offices across the firm (including Corporate and Banking teams). She has particular expertise in working for tenant occupiers across the office and retail sectors.

Relevant experience

Columbia Threadneedle Investments on portfolio sales and purchases, including the sales and purchases of industrial sites, and with asset management work mainly at Manchester Airport.
Manchester Airport Group on the transfer of long leasehold interests at Manchester Airport, East Midlands Airport and Stansted Airport.
Land Securities on the on-going management of various retail assets, especially in relation to the acquisition and management of the Media City, Salford, Manchester site.
EasyHotel as lead associate on sales and asset management work and assisting with the re-financing of its UK portfolio and sale of UK and EU properties.
Various clients, on purchases and finance projects of various hotel assets and portfolios.
Primary Health Properties on finance and asset management issues relating to a large portfolio of modern healthcare facilities.
Civitas Investment Management on portfolio acquisitions and asset management of various healthcare facilities.
Various major banks and alternative lending institutions on real estate finance matters, including high-value portfolio transactions, providing both investment and development finance across a diverse range of asset classes such as retail, office and hotels.
Serco Group and Wolseley UK Limited on numerous matters, including working for tenant occupiers in the retail and industrial sectors with the grant of new leases and other property management transactions in relation to various sites in the UK.
